搭車金屬於交通票券，依統一發票使用辦法，不開立發票。如需開立購買證明，請在付款時於「訂單備註」告知須開立購買憑證，您購買的商品在出貨時會將購買憑證Email至您的電子信箱。

預約派車及固定行程自動派車注意事項

預約派車及專人媒合服務限台北市、新北市、桃園市、台中市、台南市、高雄市，其他地區可提供媒合服務但不保證有車。

預約有車服務，請於用車前60分鐘預約。

預約固定行程自動派車服務，最晚用車前60分鐘預約。

若欲取消行程但已預約到車，每人僅限第一次可退回使用次數。

注意事項

店家保留訂單接受與否權利，若因交易條件有誤或有其他情形導致商店無法接受您的訂單，將以 email 發送無法出貨通知給您，造成您的不便，敬請見諒。
